Dacite manzanita
Twigs short-hairy and with longer white hairs, eglandular. Leaf blades tomentose abaxially. Inflorescences short-hairy and with longer white hairs.
Flowering winter-early spring. Maritime chaparral on dacite buttes; of conservation concern; 200-300 m; Calif.
Subspecies daciticola is found near Morro Bay in the outer Central Coast Range.
