    Erect herb 20-50 cm tall. Stem slender, glabrous, 5-8-foliate. Leaves suberect, elliptic-lanceolate, 410 cm long, 0.6-2.5 cm wide, acute or acuminate at apex, contracted at base, many-nerved. Raceme, 512 cm long, 3-12- flowered; bracts deltoid, 3-5 mm long, lower ones becoming linear-lanceolate, longer than ovary and pedicel; pedicel and ovary 10-17 mm long, glabrous. Flowers white, perianth subspreading; sepals subequal, oblong, 10-15 mm long, 3-5 mm wide, acute at apex, contracted at base; petals oblong, 10-13 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, acute; lip 3-lobed, 8-12 mm long, 8-10 mm wide when expanded, hypochile with falcate-triangular sidelobes, shallowly saccate at base, with a few raised keels, epichile ovate-triangular, about 4-5 mm long, rounded-obtuse or acute at apex, with 3-5 brownish keels on disc; column 5-7 mm long, glabrous; anther ovate-cordate, 2-3 mm long, papillate outside. Capsule elongate-cylindrical, 2-3 cm long.
