Herbs probably epiphytic. Rhizome stout, densely noded, 1-2 cm long, with 5-7 rosette leaves at ascending apex. Leaves ovate or oblong, 1-2 cm long, 0.6-1 cm wide, acute at apex, cuneate at base, glabrous; petiole 1-1.5 cm long. Peduncle 11 cm tall, sparsely hairy, with a few bract-like sheaths below, sheaths ovate-lanceolate, glabrous, entire; spike 12-25-flowered; floral bracts ovate-lanceolate, 3.5-4 mm long, glabrous. Flowers secund; ovary glabrous or with few hairs; sepals 1-veined, dorsal one oblong-lanceolate, 3.0-3.8 mm long, 1-1.2 mm wide, lateral ones obliquely lanceolate, 3.2-4.0 mm long; petals falcate, 3.2-4.0 mm long; lip with a long-beaked limb and a saccate base, 3-veined, 3.5-4.0 mm long, 1.3-1.6 mm wide, sac thickened at base between 2 lateral veins, protruding outside lateral sepals, glabrous within but with 2 lamellate protuberances near base; column 1.3-1.8 mm long; anther deltoid-ovate, about 0.8 mm long; stigma, orbicular; rostellum, with slender arms; viscidium, elliptic.

Endemic. Known only from the northern part of Taiwan.
