Plants 10-20 cm tall. Stems pale green, ridged, with 1-2 sheaths near base, 7-14 cm long below leaves. Leaves ovate-semiorbicular, 1.1-2 cm long, 1.2-2.4 cm wide, acute or mucronate at apex, cuspi-date-cordate at base, membranaceous, with reticulate veinlets. Raceme 2-5 cm long, 2-6-flowered; peduncle and rachis puberulous; bracts ovate, 3-5 mm long, 2-2.5 mm wide; pedicel and ovary 7.5-9.5 mm long. Flowers spreading, greenish; dorsal sepal ovate or lanceolate, 4-5.5 mm long, 1-2 mm wide, keeled abaxially; lateral sepals oblique-ovate or falcate, 4.5-6 mm long, 1.8-3 mm wide, keeled abaxially; petals linear-lanceolate, 4.5-5 mm long, 0.7-1 mm wide, keeled abaxially; lip green, membranaceous, cuneate-rectangular, 11-20 mm long, 5.5-8.5 mm wide, 2-lobed, lobes rounded-rectangular, ca. 1/ 3 length of lip, 4-8 mm long, shortly ciliate at least along front margin, disc glabrous, rarely shortly puberulous, midrib longitudinally grooved and bordered by 2 lateral low ridges, with nectary near base; column elongate, ca. 5 mm long, curved near apex, slightly dilated near base of stalk; pollinia ca. 1.1 mm long.

Endemic. Coniferous forests, 2,200-3,300 m, in the central range.
