Stems 2-3 cm long. Leaves few, yellowish green, linear, 8-20 cm long, 1.5-3 cm wide, apex unequally 2-lobed, conduplicate toward base, articulated with short sheath. Racemes 1.5 cm long; bracts oval, 2.5-3 mm long, 2-2.3 mm wide; pedicel and ovary 4-6 mm long. Flowers 6-10, densely aggregated or subcorymbose, yellow, ca. 8 mm in diam.; sepals with 2 dark purplish transverse bands, obovate-oblong, 4-5 mm long, 2-3 mm wide, obtuse at apex, slightly contracted at base, lateral ones slightly larger, oblique; petals with dark purplish patches near base, oblong-falcate, 4-5 mm long, 1.5-2.5 mm wide; lip mainly with a yellow spur and a white midlobe, lateral lobes triangular, erect, 1 mm wide, mid-lobe broadly triangular or semi-orbicular, 3 mm long, 3.5 mm wide, 2-keeled at base, spur dorsally compressed, 3 mm long, 4 mm wide, with an appendage on back wall blocking opening, appendage truncate, slightly serrate at apex, cuneate at base; column ca. 2 mm long; anther cap ovate-orbicular, ca. 1.5 mm across; pollinia globose, ca. 0.5 mm in diam.; rostellum thick, 2-toothed at apex.
