Stems 5-15 cm long, densely rooting at base; internodes ca. 5 mm long. Leaves distichous, linear-lanceolate, 4-7 cm long, 4-7 mm wide, apex obtuse or unequally 2-lobed. Inflorescences a panicle from near apex of stem; bracts triangular, ca. 1 mm long; pedicel and ovary cylindrical, 2-3 mm long. Flowers white, 4 mm long; dorsal sepal elliptic, 2 mm long, 1 mm wide, rounded at apex; lateral sepals ovate, slightly oblique, 2 mm long, 1.2 mm wide, obtuse; petals obovate-oblong, 2 mm long, 0.7 mm wide, rounded at apex; lip erect, fleshy, 4 mm long including spur, midlobe thick horn-like, 1.5 mm long, lateral lobes erect, nearly rectangular or semiorbicular; spur ellipsoid 2 mm long, hyaline, front wall extending backward into a tongue-like appendage at entrance of spur; column 0.5 mm long; anther nearly orbicular, 0.5 mm across. Capsules fusiform, ca. 4-5 mm long, with distinct acute ridges. Seeds ellipsoid-fusiform, 0.2-0.3 mm long.
