Plant 5-15 (-20) cm. Taproot deep and often split at the top. Leaves, stems and calyx with long, dense yellow hairs. Leaves petiolate, pinnately dissected. Involucral leaves 2-3-ternate, with narrow linear lobes. Flowers erect, cup-shaped, 3-3.5 cm long, blue or light violet. V - early spring to late autumn. Fl - May (St. Petersburg). Fr - June. P - by seed. Z 4 (3). New. 
 
 
 
Far East (coastal area along the Sea of Okhotsk).
