Leontopodium microcephalum (Handel-Mazzetti) Y. Ling.
Stems slender, ca. 1 mm in diam., densely leafy throughout; internodes 5-15 mm. Leaves linear-lanceolate to linear, 15-45 × 3-4 mm, apex acuminate. Capitula arranged in dense corymbs, ca. 3 mm in diam.; bracteal leaves oblong-lanceolate, 13-25 × 3-6 mm. Fl. Jun-Aug, fr. Sep-Oct.
● Dry slopes, gravelly areas; 800-1700 m. Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi.
