Spikes cylindric, 20--30 cm; rachis pubescent; bracts broadly or narrowly ovate, 4.5--6 × 1.5--3 cm, pilose, 2- or 3-flowered, margin incurved. Flowers white or yellow, fragrant. Calyx shorter than bracts. Corolla tube 4--4.5 cm; lobes linear, 3.5--4 cm. Lateral staminodes oblong, ca. 3.5 × 1.5 cm. Labellum orbicular, ca. 3 cm wide, apex 2-cleft. Filament 3.5--4 cm; anther ca. 1.2 cm. Capsule ovoid-oblong, ca. 2 cm. Fl. Aug--Oct, fr. Oct--Dec.
