Branchlets glabrous, with prominent pale lenticels. Leaves adaxially glabrous, abaxially very sparsely hairy. Male calyx lobes linear-lanceolate, to ca. 10 X 2.7 mm at anthesis, glabrous; corolla 9--10 mm, lobes ca. 2 X 2.3 mm, outside glabrous; anther connective densely sericeous; ovary densely pubescent. Female plant not seen.
