Underground stem a cylindric rhizome, branched. Leaves 2, pedate. Spathe auriculate at throat, long caudate at apex. Appendix stipitate, erect with truncate base, obtuse or narrowed at apex.
One species: SW China, NE India, Myanmar, Vietnam.
