Leaves linear to lanceolate, thin and soft.
Broad-leaved and mixed forests, often among bamboos, frequently by streams; 2000-3500 m. SW Sichuan, SE Xizang, W Yunnan [Bhutan, N India, N Myanmar, Sikkim, S Vietnam]
