Description from Flora of China
Ficus foveolata (Wallich ex Miquel) Wallich ex Miquel var. maliformis King, Ann. Roy. Bot. Gard. (Calcutta) 1: 134. 1888.
Leaf blade abaxially brown, oblong-elliptic, 8-12 × 3-5 cm, glabrous. Figs globose, 1.5-2.5 cm in diam., with tubercles, glabrous. Gall flowers: calyx lobes not recurved.
Forests. Guangxi, Guizhou, SE Xizang, S Yunnan [Bhutan, NE India, N Myanmar, Sikkim].
