Description from Flora of China

Herbs tall, drying black. Stems unbranched or sometimes branched apically. Leaves alternate, sessile, ± linear to linear-lanceolate, more than 4 X as long as wide, pinnatipartite or pinnatisect. Inflorescences racemose or conical. Corolla navicular or falcate, slightly beaked.

Six species: China, N Myanmar; five species in China.
