Description from  Flora of China
Herbs low, ± woody. Stems short, erect. Leaves opposite, pinnatifid to pinnatipartite; segments few. Calyx urceolate-ovate. Corolla rose-red, with yellow at tube apex and galea base; tube 3--4 X as long as calyx; beak slightly recurved, slender; middle lobe of lower lip slightly hoodlike at apex.
