Fronds minute, free floating, 0.8 x 1.5 mm, orbicular to ovate, sub-globose, somewhat flattish. Flowering specimens not seen in Pakistan.
Type: Habitat in Italiae, Galliae aquis, Du Chasne.
Distribution: Mostly subcosmopolitan.
