Type: Yunnan, in collibus lapidosis montis Maeul-chan, alt. 3500m, Delavey s.n. (P).
Distribution: Pakistan, China (E. Xizang and S. W. China).
The distribution of this subspecies is rather restricted (Pakistan and China) as compared to the type subspecies which is widely distributed. In Pakistan both are sympatic in distribution and occupy almost the same habitat between 3000-4000 ft.
A new record for our area.
