Cytisus roseus Camb.
Prostrate herb. Stem terete, hairy, much branched. Stipules c. 1.5-2 mm, free lateral. Leaves trifoliolate, petiole c. 3-10 mm long. Petiolule less than 1 mm. Leaflets c. 4-13 mm long, obovate, obtuse, glabrous above, pilose below. Inflores¬cence a 1-4-flowered peduncled raceme, peduncle 0.4- 4.0 cm. Bract c. 1.5 mm long. Calyx c. 4.5-5.0 mm long, bilabiate, pilose. Corolla c. 5 mm long, red. Pod c. 0.8-3.5 cm long, 2.5-3 mm broad, 3-15-seeded, pilose.
