Cheiranthus stocksianum Boiss.
Very similar to the previous species but much branched from the base and all over, flowers slightly smaller with petals c. 8 mm long. Hairs, leaves and siliquae similar to the previous species.
Fl. Per.: April -June.
Type: Pakistan, Baluchistan, Kalat, Stocks 923 (K, G).
Distribution: Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
A variable species and forms intermediate between this and the previous species are not uncommon. These two species are very different from the other species of Erysimum in our area in hair character. They also approach very close to Sterigmostemum in their stellate hairs tardily dehiscent fruits with ± diverging stigmas.
