Prostrate herb. Flowers c. 1.5 cm across. Fruit c. 8 mm in diameter, wings of mericarps more than 8 mm broad, serrulate, membranous, straw yellow, gla¬brous to sparsely hairy.

Type: South Africa, Cape a. 1838 Drege (K).
