Unarmed shrub, 1-2 m tall. Leaf paripinnate, c. 6-15 cm long, leaflets 26-46, c. 1-3 cm long, 3-8 mm broad, oblong. Inflorescence few flowered, subsessile. Pedicel c. 1-2 mm long. Calyx 3-4 mm long, teeth c. 1 mm long, pubescent. Corolla yellow with blackish dots. Vexillum c. 1 cm long. Fruit c. 7-13 cm long, c. 3-4 mm broad, torulose, non pendulous.
Fl.Per.: June-September.
Holotype: Arabia, Hadhremaut near W.Idm.east of Tarim, in fields, 16.9.1949, K. Guichard Had 242 (EA); Isotype (BM).
Distribution: Pakistan; India; Arabia.
