Annual. Stem reduced, up to 8 cm long, pubescent. Lower leaf entire, 10-20 mm long, 8-15 mm broad, orbicular to obovate, obtuse, pubescent on both sides; upper leaves with 3-5 leaflets, leaflets 8-12 mm long, 6-10 mm broad, obovate to orbicular, obtuse. Inflorescence a pedunculate raceme; peduncle almost as long as the leaf. Bracts 3.5 mm long. Pedicel c. 2 mm long. Calyx c. 5 mm long, hispid pilose, teeth long. Corolla 7.5-10 mm long. Fruit c. 7 mm long, suborbicular, disc pitted, densely villous.
