Onobrychis dasycephala Baker in J.Linn.Soc.(Bot.). 18:48. 1880. Sirj. in Publ.Fac.Sci.Univ.Masaryk 56:13.1926.

Perennial, acaulescent plant. Leaflets 7-11, 4-6 mm long, 3-4.5 mm broad, broadly elliptic-ovate, acute, silvery-pubescent on both sides; stipules connate, triangular at the base. Inflorescence a peduncled raceme; peduncle up to 12 cm long. Bracts c. 5 mm long, pedicel c. 1.5 mm long. Calyx 8-10 mm long, pubescent, teeth c. 4 times longer than the cup. Corolla 13-14 mm long. Fruit 12.5-15 mm long, 2-seeded, pitted and provided with small spines, margin toothed.

Distribution: Pakistan, Afghanistan.
