Taeniophyllum chitouensis S. S. Ying
Roots green, terete or more or less flattened, 1-3 cm long, 1-2 mm in diam. Racemes 1-2.5 cm long, with ovate bract-like scales below; bract ovate-triangular, 1 mm long; pedicel and ovary 2-3 mm long. Flowers 1-4, yellowish green; tube of sepals 2-3 mm long, lobes ovate-elliptic to lanceolate, free for 1/ 2-1/3 their length, acute; petals sagittate or triangular-ovate, 1 mm long, short stipitate, attached to inner wall of sepal tube; lip navicular-ovate, 1.5-2 mm long, involute, acuminate at apex, with a retrorse elongate terete appendage; disc with a larger introrse plate at mouth of spur and a smaller low plate in front, plate retuse, spur scrotiform, 1-1.5 mm long; column 0.5 mm long, with 2 folding arms apically; anther cap reniform or 2-lobed, 0.3 mm long, lobes orbicular with truncate appendages at base; pollinia 4, ellipsoid to globose, attached to a lanceolate involute stipe. Capsules elliptic-fusiform, 7-9 mm long.
