Flowers yellow. Peduncles and pedicels slender.

● Dense forests, grasslands on slopes, along canals, moist places; 800-2500 m. Fujian, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan.

The stem is used medicinally to alleviate fever, remove toxic materials from the body, disperse phlegm, alleviate pain, and treat injuries and burns.
