Oxyramphis macrostyla Wall.
An undershrub, 90-120 cm tall, branches woody, woolly. Stipules hard, pointed, c. 3 mm long, woolly at base. Leaf pinnately trifoliolate, petiole 4-10 mm, tomentose, petiolule up to 1 mm long, lamina 8-23 mm long, 4-14 mm broad, obovate, entire, tip emarginate to truncate, glabrous above, tomentose below. Inflorescence axillary pedunculate racemes appearing like panicle in the fruiting stage; peduncle 3-8 mm long, silky tomentose. Bract c. 2.5 mm long. Pedicel 5-6 mm long, pilose, hairs spreading. Calyx 4-5 mm long, tomentosesilky, teeth unequal, 1-2.5 mm. Vexillum 8-9 mm long. Wing and keel almost as long. Fruit sessile, 10-11 mm long, 3.5-4.0 mm broad, tomemtose silky, elliptic, 7-10 mm long style persists.
