Undershrub, up to 1 mm tall, branches pubescent. Leaf trifoliolate. Petiole up to 4 mm long, leaflets 7-20 mm long, oblanceolate, linear-cuneate or linear-oblong, obtuse, truncate, mucronate; stipules c. 2.5-3.0 mm long, linear. Inflorescence 4-8-flowered umbel, peduncle 0-2.5 cm long. Bracts c. 4 mm long. Calyx c. 7.5-9.0 mm long, densely silky, teeth much longer than the tube. Corolla c. 1.2-1.3 cm long, pale yellow, keel tipped with purple. Fruit c. 2.5 mm long, grey-tomentose.
