Stems many. Leaves succulent, lower long petioled, pinnate; pinnae tripar¬tite; upper leaves with lobed or linear segments. Bracts and bractlets lacking. Rays 3, unequal, up to 3 cm long at the flowering stage. Ovary and fruit glabrous.
Type: Kurram, Drekalla, Aitchison 846 (K).
Distribution: Afghanistan, W. Pakistan.
This species is not common. It was collected c. 45 km from Fort Sandeman on steep lime shale slopes.
