Root woody. Stem prostrate; older stern persistently covered by leaf bases. Leaf paripinnate or imparipinnate; petiole c. 2.5-7.0 cm long, rachis c. 1-2.7 cm long; leaflets alternate, opposite to verticillate, 8-10, c. 3-13 mm long, c. 1-2 mm broad, linear, lanceolate to elliptic obovate, acute; stipules lateral. Inflorescence a peduncled raceme, peduncle c. 2.5-9.0 cm long. Bracts c. 1-2 mm long, c. 1 mm broad, pubescent, hairs white and black. Pedicel c. 1-2 mm long. Calyx c. 6 mm long, pubescent, teeth c. 2-2.5 mm long. Vexillum c. 9-10 mm long, c. 5 mm broad. Wing c. 9-10 mm long. Keel c. 8 mm long, mucro c. 1 mm long. Ovary c. 4 mm long, pubescent, stipe c. 1 mm long. Fruit not seen.
