Dorycnium calycinum Stocks
Annual. Stem c. 6-8 cm tall, densely pubescent with spreading hairs. Leaf imparipinnately compound; leaflets 3-5, c. 7-15 mm long, c. 2.5-5 mm broad, ovate-oblong to oblong, entire, tip rotund, densely pilose on both sides, hairs spreading ;stipules membranous, triangular, acute, villous. Inflorescence a 5-10-flowered axillary peduncled raceme. Peduncle c. 1-2 cm, villous. Bracts c. 2 mm long, villous. Calyx c. 11 mm long, villous, teeth c. 7-8 mm long. Vexillum c. 8.0-8.5 mm long, villous. Wing c. 7 mm long, villous. Keel c. 5.0-5.5 mm long, villous. Fruit c. 4 mm long, villous, 1-seeded; stipe less than 1 mm long.
