Perennial herb. Root woody. Stem reduced. Leaf imparipinnately compound, c. 6 cm long (mature leaf not seen?), velvety tomentose; leaflets 9, c. 1.7-3.0 cm long, c. 2-3 mm broad, linear-ovate, entire, acute, velvety tomentose; stipules c. 10-13 mm long, membranous, white, papery, pubescent. Inflorescence 1-2-flowered, peduncle c. 7-15 mm long. Bracts c. 6-7 mm long, velvety tomentose. Pedicel c. 7-10 mm long. Calyx c. 16-18 mm, velvety pilose, teeth c. 5-6 mm long. Vexillum c. 14 mm long. Wing c. 22-23 mm long. Keel c. 24 mm long. Ovary c. 7-8 mm long, velvety pilose, stipe c. 1-1.5 mm long, velvety pilose. Fruit not seen.
