Perennial herb, root woody, aerial stem almost absent. Leaf imparipinnately compound, petiole c. 3-6.5 cm long, pubescent, rachis (excluding the petiole) c. 7-12.5 cm long, pubescent; leaflets (21-)41-51, opposite to subopposite or alternate, c. 5-6 mm long, c. 3-3.5 mm broad, elliptic, entire, ovate, pubescent below, glabrous above; petiolule less than 1 mm long; stipules 5-8 mm long, pilose to glabrous. Inflorescence an axillary pedunculate raceme, peduncle c. 9-17 mm long, scantily pilose; bracts c. 5-6 mm long, pilose; pedicel c. 4-5 mm long, subglabrous. Calyx c. 15 mm long, pilose towards teeth, glabrous below, teeth c. 3-4 mm long. Vexil¬lum c. 23 mm long. Ovary villous. Mature fruit not seen.
