Astragalus prolixus auct. non Sieb. ex Bunge; Baker
Stem caespitose, pubescent, hairs appressed, white. Leaf imparipinnately compound, c. 1.8-3.8 cm long; leaflets 11-21, 3-7 mm long, elliptic-oblong, obtuse, appressly pubescent on both sides; stipules free, pubescent. Infloresence a pedunculate spike, peduncle c. 6-16 mm long, pubescent. Calyx c. 2.0-4.0 mm long, densely pubescent, teeth c. 1-2 mm long. Vexillum c. 3-4 mm long. Fruit 6-10 mm long, densely pubescent, bilocular, seeds 4-6.

Distribution: Pakistan (Punjab, Sind, Baluchistan); India (Punjab); Arabia; Eritrea; Ethiopia.
