Euphorbia neriifolia** sensu Hook. f.
Very similar to Euphorbia nivulia, but differing chiefly in being a many-stemmed shrub forming dense thickets up to 3 m high and 10 m across, in having smaller readily-deciduous leaf-blades 2.5-8 x 2-5 cm, and in having the stipule-spines 0.5-1 cm long.

Distribution: India. In stony ground on coastal plains and hills; nr. sea-level- 2600'/800 m.
