Saxifraga microphylla Royle ex Hook.f. & Thorns.
Procumbent caespitose herb. Leaves oblong, glabrous. Flowers small, solitary. Pedicel c. 6 mm, puberulous. Sepals adnate at the base. Petals yellow-green, oblong, equaling in length the sepals or lacking.
Reported by Stewart. Ann.Cat.Vasc.Pl.W.Pak. & Kashm.343.1972, to have been collected from Baltistan, Biafo glacier (Scott-Russel 1595) but I have not seen this gathering.
Type: Described from the Himalayas, Kumaon, Royle, Strachey & Winter-bottom.
Distribution: W., Himalayas (Kashmir, Kumaon, Nepal) at c. 4700 m.
