Type: Typus in Tomsk.

Distribution: Same as that for subsp. asiatica.

Generally found in open places in the alpine zone up to 4500 m. Not readily distinguished from high altitude forms of Myosotis sylvatica Ehrh., except in the seeds which are ± obtuse tipped. Specimens marked (*) are without fruit and may be Myosotis sylvatica. As they are recorded from high elevation, they are provisionally placed here.
