 Paracaryum thomsonii  C.B. Clarke
A robust perennial with leaves 90-130 x 25-40(-45) mm, stem covered with unequal hairs, suberect to erect; erect ones longer, shover. appressed. Fruit and style similar to Mattiastrum himalayensis. 
 
Fl. Per.: May-June. 
 
Distribution: Baltistan, W. Tibet.  
Closely resembling Mattiastrum himalayense and perhaps only a more robust from of if.
